Description:

Create a 6-space accessory parking lot for use by Club San Lorenzo, located immediately across the street at 3121 West 33rd Street, per City of Cleveland specifications.  The site is already paved and drained.  Additions will include a 6'-tall board-on-board screening fence, entrance gate and landscaping.  Site dimensions measure 37' x 168' for a total site area of 6,228 sq. ft.

Approved with the understanding that:

  1. The 6'-tall board-on-board fence remains in place on the north and west property lines and wheel stops be placed inboard of the fence along the north side of the lot to protect it from vehicular damage.
  2. A pressure-treated wooden bollard (6" x 6" minimum) and chain fence barrier be installed on the south property line.
  3. A 4'-tall decorative fence be installed on the east property line facing West 33rd St.
  4. The proposed driveway gate depicted in the site plan shall match the design of the decorative fence.
  5. The site plan be re-examined by the architect to determine whether angled parking can be employed as an alternative to the parallel spaces depicted.  The architect has agreed to submit a plan showing this option.-
